A tan pilot-style cap featuring a pair of red-lensed goggles strapped across the front. The hat is decorated with a white winged emblem on the side. This version is equipped with the Cloud 9 unusual effect, adding a floating cloud aura above the hat. Designed for use by the Scout class.
