The "Results Are In" taunt features the Medic holding up a glowing X-ray film that reveals an unexploded bomb lodged inside a skeletal chest cavity. As the animation concludes, a swirling pool of dark green, murky water erupts beneath the Medic’s feet. Several jagged, aquatic tentacles emerge from the vortex to briefly lash out before disappearing back into the abyss.
