Misty Skull Demoman's Fro

This cosmetic gives the Demoman a rounded black afro held in place with a red headband. It keeps the character’s eyepatch visible and frames the face with a simple, clean silhouette. The Misty Skull effect appears as a pale blue, smoky skull-shaped aura surrounding the head.
