Non-Craftable Killstreak Conscientious Objector Kit

This kit features a worn oil can with a spout, accompanied by a meter and circuit board components. The design includes a handwritten label and visible wiring, giving it a rugged, mechanical appearance. It is used to modify a compatible item with special properties.
