Non-Craftable Killstreak Solemn Vow Kit

Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This kit features a weathered oil can adorned with a small bust and a digital counter on the side. Wires and a circuit board are attached, giving it a mechanical, improvised appearance. It is used to modify a specific melee weapon in-game.
