Non-Craftable Killstreak Vita-Saw

This saw features a blood-stained blade and a rugged, utilitarian handle. Attached to the side is a transparent vial filled with a mysterious orange fluid, giving it a medical yet improvised appearance. It is designed for use by the Medic class.
