Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This Specialized Killstreak Kit appears as a weathered, industrial oil can paired with a small circuit board and a vertical digital display. The display features a series of circular amber lights, while a single dark droplet hangs from the can's spout. These components are designed to be applied to a Cleaner's Carbine to add a killstreak counter and a sheen effect to the weapon.
