Non-Craftable Specialized Killstreak Flare Gun Kit

Used to add killstreak properties to an item. Killstreak effects must be removed from an item via Restore button before a new kit can be applied.

This kit features a metal oil can with a long spout, accompanied by a digital counter and wiring components. When applied, it grants a specialized killstreak effect to a Flare Gun, tracking killstreaks and adding a unique sheen during gameplay. It is a tool item and is consumed upon use.
