Spectral Wick Burning Question

This is a wide-brimmed, red fedora with a black band and a matchstick tucked into the side. The "Spectral Wick" effect adds a glowing green orb beneath the hat, with wispy purple-blue flames rising above it. It is designed for use by the Pyro class.
