Stormy Storm Shellmet

This is a camouflage-patterned helmet with a dark strap, featuring a cigarette and a small red book tucked into the side. The "Stormy Storm" effect surrounds the helmet with a swirling, dark thundercloud and occasional lightning bolts. It is designed for use by the Soldier class.
