This is a large, serrated surgical saw with a metallic handle and a visible vial attached near the blade. The blade itself is stained with blood, giving it a worn and battle-used appearance. As a Strange Professional Killstreak variant, it tracks kills and features special killstreak effects when equipped. Designed for use by the Medic class.
